Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has hailed Werder Bremen's impressive start to the season after finishing 13th in the Bundesliga last season.
Werder Bremen's poor finish in their last campaign was somewhat of an anomaly for the northwestern club who have ended their campaign outside the top three only once since winning the Bundesliga in 2003.
However, they have started the new season strongly and are looking like title contendors, second in the table after chalking up 16 points after eight games.
Klopp is anticipating a tricky fixture when Dortmund visits the Weserstadion on Friday.
