Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas could soon leave a lasting impression on the football fraternity.
The 30-year-old is regarded by many as one of the best goalkeepers over the last decade, and has won countless titles with Real, as well as the World Cup and the European Championships with the Spain national team.
And should Casillas be named as the winner of the Golden Foot award on Monday, presented to footballers over the age of 29, he will get the chance to leave his footprint on Monaco's Champions Promenade.
The presitigious award has been handed out to the likes of Francesco Totti (2010), Ronaldinho (2009), and Roberto Carlos (2008) in recent years, but has yet to be awarded to a Spaniard.
