Remote Personal Computer Surveillance Scandal Hits Germany

A German hacker organization claims to have cracked spying software allegedly used by German authorities. The Trojan horse has functions which go way beyond those allowed by German law. The news has sparked a wave of outrage among politicians and media commentators.

Sunday's edition of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung
newspaper devoted five pages to printing part of the
Trojan horse's source code.

It sounds like something out of George Orwell's novel "1984" -- a computer program that can remotely control someone's computer without their knowledge, search its complete contents and use it to conduct audio-visual surveillance via the microphone or webcam.

But the spy software that the famous German hacker organization Chaos Computer Club has obtained is not used by criminals looking to steal credit-card data or send spam e-mails. Lazio striker Miroslav Klose has revealed he plans to retire from football in 2014.

The Germany international moved to Lazio this summer after four years at Bayern Munich.

Klose has made an instant impression in Serie A, scoring four goals in six league appearances, including a late winner in Sunday's 2-1 triumph over Roma in the city derby.

"If everything goes well, I hope to play until 2014 with Lazio, appear in the World Cup and then end my career," Klose said to Kicker magazine.

Klose, 33, scored nine goals in qualifying to help Germany secure a spot in Euro 2012.

Atletico Madrid playmaker Diego insists his spell at Juventus was a success, despite many panning him as a Serie A flop.

Diego joined Juventus in the summer of 2009 after establishing himself as one of the most exciting midfielders in Europe during his time with Werder Bremen, where he scored 52 goals in 128 games.

However, he struggled to come to terms with Italian football in his solitary season with the Bianconeri, netting just seven goals in 44 appearances, and failing to impose himself when it mattered.

The U.S. Government debated whether to launch a cyber attack on Libya's air-defence system days before air strikes hit Gadaffi forces, it was reported.

Administration officials and certain military officers rejected the plan to hack into Libya's government computer system for fear that other countries like Russia or China would follow suit.

It was also uncertain whether Barack Obama could authorise such an attack without informing Congress.

Part 1

Jagat in the mandir and some kids call out to him, he goes to see them and asks how they are (his neice and nephew) they asks how he is not coming to their house anymore, Jagat makes excuses to them and changes the subject. He takes them to have ice cream. A ball comes to the kid (he is with a walking stick) he tries to kick the ball to the kid that is requesting for the ball and Jagat notices that Varun moved his leg slightly and encourages him to kick the ball. Jagat looks anxious/confused

Part 2

He obtains and stick and starts to examing Varun's leg with it and gets happy. He takes Varun home and speaks to Shyam and Sugna, he examines Varun's leg and it seems Varun is able to feel. Shyam questions Jagat, he tells them that his leg is showing sensitivity. Jagat starts talking about Varun's care. Shyam asks Sugna to feed Jagat for bringing the good news, she seems torn at so what to do. Sugna comes with the sweets and hesitantly feeds Jagat, whilst recalling past scenes of cutting his calls and putting rakhi on Anandi

Part 3

Jagat goes to feed her as well, they have an emotional scene.

Anandi tells the whole family about the news of Varun and everyone is shocked but happy. They pause at the mention of Jagat as he enters the house. Jagat informs Sumitra about what happened, he explains that Varun is not out of the woods but with the correct treatment he will be able to walk on his own again.
