Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education came into existence in 1969 through an Act No.14 of 1968.Until 1982 the Board had its headquarter at Shimla, which was subsequently shifted to Dharamshala in Kangra District in 1983.The Headquarter of Education Board Dharamshala is located at the foothills of the Dhauladhar ranges of western Himalayas overlooking picturesque Kangra valley of Himachal Pradesh.

The Education Board prescribes syllabi, courses of instructions and text books for school education in Himachal Pradesh besides conducting examinations based on such courses. At present, the Board conducts examinations for the 8th,10th, Plus One and Plus Two classes.In addition, departmental examination like J.B.T., T.T.C and P.V.T.C are also being conducted by the Board.As many as 4.5 lac candidates annually appear in the examinations conducted by the Board.

To begin with, the Board had only 34 officials on its establishment which strength has now increased to 438.The first examination was conducted by the Board in 1970 at 99 examination centres.Presently, keeping in view the increased number of candidates and typical geographical conditions of the Pradesh, the Board has set up 1650 Examination centres throughout the State.Apart from a Liaison Office at Shimla, the Board has also established 19 Sale Book Depots/Information Centres in the Pradesh to cater to the needs of students.The general public can contact any of these offices as per their convenience for seeking any information through telephone, the number of which are available in the Telephone Directory.

A whilst back we saw a few points about Elevators and good practices. In this one let us see a few points of the best ways to use the phone.

It is always a wiser practice to ensure that the call is answered in less than four rings. Eight rings constitute a full reach-attempt in a typical telephone system.
When you are in a meeting or at desk where the ringtone and/or mobile is going to be a source of distraction or disturbance it would be better to turn it off or make it in the 'Silent' mode. When I say 'silent' I am typically making a difference from even the 'Vibrate' mode. A lot of phones have a buggy implementation of Vibrate mode and they give a more disgusting fart-type sound.
When you promise a call-back it would be wiser to return the call as soon as possible. If not possible at least text them and inform the caller. If you are not willing to prolong the communication with the caller it would be wiser to give an upfront intimation to them rather than giving a false and/or a mis-guidance.
When you are confronted with a voice message system ensure that you leave a word. Empty voice messages are very much irritating to anyone. When you are confronted with a voice messaging systems it is more likely that you have been charged anyway for the call and hence it would be wiser at least to complete a half-duplex communication rather than waiting for an utopian full-duplex answer-back. It also helps the callee because when they check the voice message they are paying for the access of the same and it particularly drives them crazy to witness a few crop-dusted missed calls without comprehensible messages.
When you leave voice message please ensure you speak clearly and audibly. These days there are sophisticated voice message systems that can transcribe and text the callee to workaround costly and cumbersome voice mail [...]

Episode start with Naitik in car talking to his self that he must left something home but what ? and then he was thinking akshara and about to call her and realise that he didnt have his phone charger and the battery is law on his phone. and he said akshara didnt remember about it. and here at M"s anshu tell her mom that tomorrow is his result and he told her to go with him. and she said your dad will and he said no he want mom to go with him. and she said ok.

at office natik ask the employee that which phone he have while his charger is left home and told him to find him charger. and rb call him and tell him that the bank person and loyer is coming and they shoud hurry about doning order of UK .

at M's rj is giving dahichini to anshu and his dad ask if he is rady to go to result? and he said yes. and they left and sunayna and anshu is going to school.

Akshi in her room and found out that naitik is left his charger and desided to go to office. and get rady and go to the kichen and ask ma if she can go to office. and g3 said natik left the tiffine also. and thats why she is worried. and askhi said she is came to ask her if she can go to office. g3 said ok. and told her to take halva for both of them and eat togather. akshi is happy and left.

M's house sunanina came with anshu and looked unhappy so dadi ask what heppen and she said anshu is failed in science and varsha said he was having tution for that and sunanina said but he is the one need to study. and strat crying and said she dont know what he was doing in his room?and anshu told them not to tell his dad.

Language Service on Mobile Phones

IMImobile has come up with a new application called the MY SMS, which will provide the Value Added Service (VAS) operators an access to the customers in their native language.

It is through the use of this service that customers can demand for SMS alerts in the language they prefer. The access to any information in the language demanded is not dependent on the mobile phone that one possesses.
The application can be easily downloaded in the phone. The customers using Symbian or J2Me featured cellphones just need to dial 56263 and the settings of the application will be received on the phone. The application does not support the operating systems like Android and many others.

In mid-2009, as the Pentagon began sending a slew of new spy planes to Afghanistan, a top military official joked that the U.S. was about to "blot out the sun" with all the new surveillance drones there.

Turns out, that official wasn't entirely kidding. Back in 2009, NATO aircraft flew about 22 surveillance missions per day over Afghanistan. Today, according to military statistics, the coalition is flying nearly 85 spy sorties daily, for a total of more than 22,800 missions in the first nine months in 2011.

Hetal asks jigar what is his worry and jigar denies he is worried.

hetal says that she know he is worried and asks him to share with her whatever his problem is when he feels like telling her.

she mentions that gopi decorated the room for raji and goes away.

Jigar goes to his room and rashi drags him to the room blindfolded to show him the suprise.

Rashi says that she decorated the room for him and this flares jigar up and his suspicons are confromed.

He blasts rashi saying that if rashi can tell a simple lie to him regarding her sister then how many lies she have been telling him this 1 year.

HE says she kept him blindfolded all these years and rashi is shocked and in tears to hear the words and acts as she dint understand what he was saying.

Jigar conforts rashi regarding sonal issue and rashi is dumbfonded and unable to open her mouth.

Jigar blasts her and asks her many questions and says that now she is quiet because she have no lies to tell him and goes away leaving a utterly depressed rashi.

Rashi is totally broken and calls urmila and urmi is shocked to know the matter and scolds rashi for not defending herself.
